Work-from-home (WFH) and work-from-office (WFO)
each offer distinct advantages and challenges, and the best choice often

expectations.
Work from home has become increasingly popular due to its flexibility. One of its major advantages is the elimination of commute time, which saves energy and allows employees to maintain a better work–life balance. WFH also provides a comfortable and customizable work environment, helping many people stay productive without the noise or interruptions of an office. In addition, it can reduce expenses related to travel, food, and daily professional attire.
However, WFH has limitations. Employees may feel isolated due to the lack of
in-person interaction, which can impact team coordination and mental
well-being. Home environments may also include distractions, making it
challenging to maintain focus. Another drawback is the blurred boundary between
personal and professional life, which can lead to overworking and burnout.
Technical issues or inconsistent internet connectivity can further hinder
